The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team with quotations, sales orders, client coordination, order fulfillment and others.

Main Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries through emails and telephone calls and ensure all correspondence is dealt with in a timely, highly professional, and efficient manner.
Follow up with customers regarding their purchase inquiries and sent quotations.
Follow up with customers on payments and assist finance in collections.
Support sales team with meeting bookings, generating quotations, follow ups, collections, and any other duties as required.
Ensure the use of Zoho CRM for logging all leads, opportunities, contacts, and all others.
Ensure the proper use of the SAP ERP as per trainings, processes and procedures.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, queries and deliveries are handled efficiently.
Maintain updated product and brand knowledge.
Maintain filing systems in an organized manner.
Perform other administration and sales support related duties as per management requests.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in related field
3+ years of experience in an administration and sales support environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with estimating software
Excellent administration and sales support skills
Excellent client service skills
Strong attention to detail
Highly organized
Ability to work under pressure
Highly computer proficient (MS Office, SAP, E-mail)
