*Location:* Dubai, UAE (Office Based) | *Exp:* 2-3 Years in Sales Coordination / B2B Sales | *Salary:* AED 3,000 - 3,500 + Visa + Insurance

Leading Corporate Gifting Company in Dubai is hiring a Sales Coordinator.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Support sales team with quotations, proposals & presentations for corporate clients

- Handle inbound inquiries - Email, phone, walk-ins & convert to sales

- Coordinate with design, production, procurement & delivery for smooth order execution

- Client follow-up for approvals, feedback & order confirmation

- Maintain leads, orders, invoices & deliveries in CRM / ERP

- Product sourcing, sample prep & coordinate with suppliers for new items

- Support in exhibitions, events & client meetings - Ensure on-time delivery & after-sales follow-up

- Track market trends, competitor prices & new gifting ideas - Billing, docs & monthly reporting

*Must Have:*

- 2-3 years as Sales Coordinator / Sales Executive in Corporate Gifting, Promotional Products, Printing, Trophies, Awards, FMCG or B2B Sales - UAE exp preferred

- Knowledge of corporate gifting - Trophies, awards, promo items, branded merchandise - Big plus

- Excellent English communication, negotiation & customer service

- Good in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint & CRM - Organized, can handle multiple clients & meet deadlines

- Presentable, proactive & target oriented - Based in Dubai

*Preferred:* UAE corporate client network, B2B key accounts exp, exhibitions & corporate events exp
