Key Responsibilities

The Sales Coordinator is responsible forassigned accounts and Trade Lane customer retention volume orrevenue growth and customer satisfaction. The Coordinator isprimarily engaged in supporting Account Managers in managing andgrowing assigned accounts or trade lanes by closely monitoring newvolume growth opportunities and accounts in the pipeline.

Develop strong relationships with assignedclients and overseas trade lane counterparts (if applicable)through timely communication and excellent customer service.
Deliver custom solutions to client in order to simplifytheir logistics needs.
Serve as the first point ofcontact between the client and internal operations and sales teams.
Ensure escalated issues are managed through toresolution.
Identify and qualify business opportunitieswith small and midsize companies or assigned trade lanes.
To handle at least 80 100 job files/bookings per month.
Prepare and present proposals quotes and recommendservices based on customer needs.
Create and maintainoperational SOPs and conduct internal audits for assigned accountsas needed.
Ensuring that you provide the best customerservice to our clients to improve and retain.
To ensurethe rates are quoted within 24 hours to our clients request.
Apply common sense and think out of box to provide thebest solutions to our clients.
Keep a good workinginterdepartment relationship.
Whatever discussed with ouragents clients & inter department to be put in email toavoid future disputes.
To ensure BL and invoicessubmitted to clients as per CSS policy.
To keep recordsof documents submitted to clients for future easy reference andrecords.
We are looking for
Minimum 3 5 yearsexperience in freight forwarding Sales (Air and Sea).
Must have existing customer base from the respectivecountries.
An understanding of logistics operations andFreight industry products & services.
ValidDriving License from the respective country is a must.
