Job Description - Sales Coordinator Sales Admin Sales Assistant - Ali

  • Contribute to overall customersatisfaction by promptly answering emails and phonecalls.
  • Prepare quotations, execute orders,invoicing and payment follow up asrequired.
  • Keep customers informed of delays anddelivery dates
  • Establish active communicationand engagement with the sales team to ensure orders are processedpromptly
  • Liaise with delivery and warehouseteams to ensure goods are received / delivered ontime.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensuresmooth after sales support.
  • Handle purchasingby researching potential products, vendors, and services, comparingprice and quality and negotiating to ensure the bestdeal
  • Purchase items from vendors and suppliersfilling out necessary POs, etc.
  • Promote thecompany’s products and capabilities and develop keypersonal relationships.
  • Achieve sales target indesignated territory, grow market-share and penetrate newmarkets.
  • Maintain professional and technicalknowledge of the product line.
  • Clearlyunderstand all customer needs andexpectations.
  • Ensure profit growth andexpansion of products and or/ services
  • Keep thesales leadership team and engineering teams informed of all marketintelligence relating to competitors, products andopportunities.
  • Maintain excellentcommunications externally and internally including regular salesand monthly reports.
  • Represent the company attrade shows.
  • Collect customer feedback andsolve customer complaints by investigating problems &developing solutions.
  • Perform all duties asassigned.
