Sales Development Representative

Eminence Talent Group(ETG) seeks a highperforming Sales Executive to play a pivotal rolein our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible foridentifying and nurturing sales opportunities demonstrating a solidunderstanding of the sales process and excelling in initiating newrelationships. As a key player in our growth strategy the SalesExecutive will focus on generating leads building relationships andsetting the stage for successful salesclosures.

Objectivesof This Role:

• Represent ETGs services using indepth knowledge andresearch to meet customer needs.
• Generateleads build relationships and identify new salesopportunities.
• Manage and maintain a pipelineof interested prospects engaging with sales executives for furtherdevelopment.
• Contribute to refining ETGsleadgeneration strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize tools like Salesforce cold calling and email togenerate new sales opportunities.
• Understandprospect needs and recommend appropriate ETG services.
• Build longterm relationships with prospects to qualifyleads as sales opportunities.
• Proactively seeknew business opportunities in the market.
• Setup meetings or calls between potential customers and salesexecutives.
• Report on weekly monthly andquarterly sales results.
• Conduct marketresearch to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customerneeds.
• Prepare and deliver presentations onETGs services.
• Collaborate with team membersto achieve better results and meet sales targets.
