Are you a go-getter with big ambitions, ready to kick-start your career in enterprise software sales The client is looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to uncover exciting opportunities in the world of digital banking. As the primary point of contact with prospective clients, you'll play a pivotal role in our sales process by identifying leads, establishing new relationships, and setting the stage for impactful sales presentations. If you possess excellent communication skills, a quick learning aptitude, and a talent for effectively advocating solutions, then they want to hear from you!
This role will be based out of our Dubai, UAE office, where they work in a hybrid (onsite and remote) model.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Represent the company, leveraging your comprehensive knowledge about our solutions to demonstrate how they address client needs.
- Generate leads and cultivate relationships by nurturing warm prospects and identifying new sales opportunities.
- Conduct prospecting calls across the Middle East and Africa to drive new business opportunities for the sales team.
- Build and expand the sales pipeline, identifying opportunities for new revenue and growth within existing accounts.
- Actively seek new business opportunities in the market and facilitate meetings or calls between prospective clients and sales executives.
- Utilize a variety of channels such as cold calling, events, LinkedIn and email outreach among others to generate and nurture sales opportunities.
- Manage detailed and accurate records of sales development activities in Salesforce.
- Understand prospect needs and recommend appropriate solutions or services.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
- Engage clients and prospects using creative communication methods and leverage various sales tools and technologies.
- Identify and implement best practices to optimize the company's lead generation strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute outbound strategies to target clients through innovative approaches.
- Support efforts to increase participation in marketing events and conferences.
- Provide regular reports to the sales management team on weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.
- Stay abreast of developments in the enterprise software and SaaS sales landscape and financial markets to identify trends and new opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1 - 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the enterprise software space applied to financial services.
- Previous experience as a SDR, with a proven track record of meeting quotas.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the enterprise software sales domain.
