Job Description - Sales Enablement Specialist Pre-Sales Only For UAENationals

  • Coordinating the sales team andassisting with recruiting and training newhires.
  • Providing product demonstrations tostaff and clients, and taking the lead in resolvingcomplaints.
  • Analyzing sales team performanceand scheduling training/refresher sessionsaccordingly.
  • Conducting market research andsharing findings with the team.
  • Workingalongside the team to draw up strategies to increase customerbase.
  • Setting sales targets and implementingincentives.
  • Providing accurate sales forecastsand allocating resources so targets aremet.
  • Managing a network of vendors andsuppliers.
  • Maintaining excellent relationshipswith customers that are built on trust, and encouraging the rest ofthe sales team to follow this example.
  • Keepingup-to-date with advancements inmarketing.
