Job Description - Sales Engineer

Role Purpose

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Service Sales Engineer to join our team in Dubai, focusing on developing and growing Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), service agreements, and aftermarket service solutions.

The successful candidate will combine technical understanding with strong sales skills to build customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and deliver value-added service solutions that support customer needs and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and key decision-makers.

  • Understand customer requirements, challenges, and business objectives.

  • Provide technical and commercial solutions aligned with customer needs.

Service Sales & Contract Management

  • Develop opportunities for service agreements, maintenance contracts, and aftermarket solutions.

  • Lead customer discussions and support contract negotiations, including pricing, terms, and conditions.

  • Identify opportunities for contract renewals, upselling, and additional service offerings.

Business Development

  • Identify and develop new customer opportunities within assigned markets.

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through customer engagement and prospecting activities.

  • Support preparation of quotations, proposals, and bid responses.

  • Develop long-term customer partnerships to drive revenue growth.

Customer Retention & Support

  • Support customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management.

  • Address customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions.

  • Collaborate with Service, Customer Success, and Support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Market Awareness

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities.

  • Provide market insights and customer feedback to support business growth strategies.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in aftermarket services, service agreements, maintenance contracts, or service sales.

  • Experience within HVAC, engineering, technical services, or related industries preferred.

  • Strong customer-facing and relationship-building skills.

  • Experience in sales development, negotiation, and account management.

  • Ability to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical background in HVAC, building services, engineering, or related field.

  • Experience selling service solutions and maintenance contracts.

  • Knowledge of customer lifecycle management and service operations.

Education

  • University degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
