BML is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi.The Sales Engineer willbe responsible for sellingall BML products and services andbuilding and maintainingstrong client relationships with pre-and post-sales support.The ideal candidate will have atechnical background in electrical engineering and a proven track record in sales.
Responsibilities:
- Thekeypoint of contact between BML and its existing clients, providing post-sales support and managingclient relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfactionand retention.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities and prepare the information for the management team.
- Contact and develop prospectiveclients,andattend to leads.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clientsto showcase the benefits and features of BML's products and services.
- Provide technical support and expertise to customers duringthesalesprocess,addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding processwhichislargelydictated by the prospective customer.
- Coordinatingwith the sales teamfor submission ofproposals/offers/quotations to the customer withinthe specifiedtime frame.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to themanagement team.
