*Job Description: Sales Engineer - Cooling Towers*  

*Company:* Leading HVAC & Cooling Tower Company  

*Location:* Dubai, UAE  

*Experience:* 5-7 Years  

*Salary:* AED 7,500 - AED 9,000 + Commission

*Role & Responsibilities:*

1. Drive sales of cooling tower spare parts, retrofit kits, upgrades, and service contracts in Dubai/GCC leveraging HVAC knowledge

2. Provide technical expertise on cooling tower operations, troubleshooting, and performance optimization in HVAC applications

3. Build and maintain relationships with HVAC contractors, consultants, facility managers, and end-users operating cooling towers

4. Offer solutions for cooling tower efficiency, water conservation, and energy savings aligned with HVAC system needs

5. Understand the role of cooling towers in overall HVAC systems for commercial buildings, industrial plants, data centers, and hospitality sectors

6. Promote spare parts supply and maintenance contracts for cooling towers

7. Support projects involving cooling towers in HVAC setups

8. Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical reports. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

*Requirements:*

1. 5-7 years experience in HVAC industry. Experience in sales/technical roles involving cooling towers is beneficial

2. Diploma/Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering preferred

3. Strong understanding of HVAC systems and applications in Dubai’s commercial/industrial sectors

4. Familiarity with cooling tower technology, operations, and maintenance

5. Strong technical, communication, negotiation, and sales skills

6. Must be based in Dubai. Willing to travel across GCC

7. Fluency in English required. Arabic is a plus
