Job Description - Sales Executive

Office: UAE, Dubai, DWTC, One Central, The Offices 2, iSpace Smart Offices

About the role

Fortis Digital Solutions is looking for an experienced and motivated individual located in Dubai to serve as the Sales Executive for the MENA region. We provide financial SAAS solutions to our B2B-clients to make the payment processes smart and secure. This is a unique opportunity for an individual with a winning mindset to make a significant impact in a pivotal role. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with clients to manage new sales channels for the company with the main focus on the Middle East and North Africa.

About the role

What you'll be doing

  • Generate and manage outbound sales
  • Contact potential and existing clients on the phone, by email, and in person
  • Arrange meetings with clients to determine their needs and match them with the range of solutions and options offered by Fortis
  • Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to manage relationships
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, prospects and professional networks to ensure future sales
  • Handle a pitching of the relevant products and services
  • Negotiate all contracts with prospective clients
  • Prepare and submit sales contracts

Who we're looking for

  • Excellent knowledge of business English, Hindi/Urdu proficiency will be an advantage
  • Familiarity with Pipedrive or similar CRM systems
  • Preferably a minimum of 1 year direct sales experience handling payment and SaaS payment products
  • Must have a good understanding of dealing with Micro Merchants
  • Outstanding negotiation and sales skills with proven closing ability
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion of technology and for being a part of a fast-growing SaaS company
