*Job Summary:*

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our growing Ayurvedic Healthcare Clinic. The role is responsible for new patient acquisition, building referral partnerships, promoting Ayurvedic treatments & wellness programs, and driving clinic revenue.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Generate new patient leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and corporate outreach

- Promote clinic's Ayurvedic treatments, doctor consultations, therapies & wellness programs

- Visit corporates, residential communities, gyms, wellness centers, hotels & senior-care facilities for business development

- Build strong relationships with doctors, HR teams, community groups & referral partners

- Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp & personal visits to convert them into appointments

- Understand patient needs and suggest relevant clinic services

- Coordinate with front-office and medical team for smooth patient onboarding

- Organize and participate in health camps, exhibitions, awareness sessions & promotional events

- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions & daily sales activities

- Achieve monthly targets for leads, appointments, patient acquisition & revenue

- Share market feedback, competitor insights & new business opportunities

*Candidate Requirements:*

- Previous experience in Clinic / Healthcare / Wellness / Ayurveda / Medical Field Sales is a must

- Experience in patient acquisition / business development is an advantage

- Strong communication, convincing & relationship-building skills

- Self-motivated, target-oriented & able to work independently

- Good knowledge of UAE local market

- *Valid UAE Driving License is preferred | Own vehicle is an advantage*

- Good English communication; Arabic / Hindi / Malayalam / Tamil is an added advantage
