SALES EXECUTIVE - CORPORATE GIFTING | DUBAI, UAE

Function: B2B Sales & Business Development

Salary: AED 4000 - 5000 + High Commission + Incentives (Uncapped)

Location: Dubai, UAE (On-site + Field Sales)

Company: Leading Corporate Gifting & Trading Company

Experience: 2-5 Years in Corporate Gifting / Promotional Products / Uniforms / B2B Sales

Language: English MUST + Hindi / Urdu / Arabic Advantage

ROLE PURPOSE:

To drive B2B revenue growth by acquiring new corporate clients and managing key accounts for customized corporate gifts, uniforms, promotional merchandise and giveaways across UAE.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Generate new B2B business through cold calling, field visits, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, referrals and networking.

2. Sell full range of corporate gifting products - T-shirts, uniforms, mugs, pens, bags, diaries, trophies, awards, tech gifts, eco-friendly gifts etc.

3. Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, present catalogues, quotations and close deals.

4. Build and manage strong portfolio of corporate clients, SMEs, events companies, schools, etc.

5. Achieve monthly sales target of AED 80K - 1.5L+ and ensure timely payment collection.

6. Coordinate with design, procurement & production team for sampling and order execution.

7. Maintain sales pipeline, CRM updates, quotation tracker and daily reporting.

8. Negotiate pricing, margins and delivery timelines to maximize profitability.

9. Handle key account management, repeat orders and upselling.

10. Represent company at exhibitions, trade shows and corporate events.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Proven experience in Corporate Gifting / Promotional Products / Uniforms / Printing / Advertising Sales

- Strong B2B sales, negotiation and closing skills

- Existing client database in UAE corporate sector is a big advantage

- Good knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, Email & WhatsApp Business

- Presentable, confident and target-driven

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Any Graduate Preferred

- Valid UAE Driving License is MANDATORY

- Own car preferred

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

- 2-5 Years UAE experience in Corporate Gifting / Promotional / Uniforms / B2B Sales ONLY

- Must be currently in UAE and available for Face-to-Face interview in Dubai

- Immediate Joiners Preferred / Max 30 Days Notice

- Must have proven track record of achieving sales targets

- Self-motivated, hunter mindset with ability to work independently
