*ROLE TITLE:* Sales Executive - Corporate Gifting - Freshers Preferred 

*Function:* B2B Sales

*Salary Band:* AED 2500 - 3000 + High Commission + Incentives (Uncapped)

*Location:* Dubai, UAE (On-site + Field Visits)

*Hiring For:* Corporate Gifting & Trading Company

*Experience Required:* 0-1 Year - Freshers Welcome

*Reports To:* Sales Manager

*Language Requirement:* English MUST

*ROLE PURPOSE:*

To generate B2B sales for customized corporate gifts, uniforms, promotional products and giveaways by identifying new clients, building relationships and closing deals across Dubai & UAE.

*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*

1. Identify and develop new B2B clients through cold calling, field visits, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and referrals.

2. Pitch corporate gifting solutions - T-shirts, uniforms, mugs, pens, bags, diaries, trophies, awards, etc.

3. Understand client requirements, share catalogues, quotations and samples.

4. Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into orders.

5. Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients.

6. Achieve monthly sales targets and collection targets.

7. Coordinate with design and production team for order execution.

8. Maintain client database and daily sales reporting in CRM / Excel.

9. Visit clients for meetings, presentations and closing.

10. Represent the company at exhibitions and corporate events if required.

*REQUIRED SKILLS:*

- Good communication and negotiation skills in English (Hindi/Urdu/Arabic is an advantage)

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, Email communication

- Confident, presentable and target-driven personality

- Willingness to do field sales and client meetings

- Ability to learn product knowledge quickly

*QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS:*

- Any Graduate / Undergraduate / Diploma can apply

- No specific certification required - Full training will be provided

*OTHER REQUIREMENTS:*

- *Fresher with 0-1 year experience* - Any sales, retail, customer service, call center experience is an advantage

- Must be currently in UAE and available for immediate joining

- Must be available for face-to-face interview in Dubai

- Driving License + Own Car is a big advantage (not mandatory)

- Energetic, self-motivated and eager to build career in Sales

- Must be willing to work on-site from Dubai office
