The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling insurance products tailored to corporate clients, including coverage for machinery, premises, and assets, as well as group insurance options such as life, medical, and accidental insurance for employees. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with corporate clients. Responsibilities
Identify and target potential corporate clients for insurance sales.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other effective strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
Understand the unique insurance needs of each client and provide customized solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor, offering expert guidance on insurance options.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to corporate decision-makers.
Develop comprehensive insurance proposals that address the specific needs and risks of each client.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure accurate and competitive proposals.
Effectively negotiate terms and conditions to secure new business.

Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and insurance products.
Provide clients with detailed information about available insurance options.

Collaborate with colleagues, underwriters, and other stakeholders to streamline the sales process.
Share insights and market feedback with the team to enhance overall sales strategy.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
Experience selling insurance products to corporate clients.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
Ability to understand and analyze complex insurance needs.
Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
