Job Description - Sales Executive - Office Furniture Manufacturing

The company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join its team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with a strong ability to hunt for new business opportunities, learn quickly, and initiate actions to drive sales. This role requires an energetic individual who can effectively communicate with clients, build relationships, and close deals in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.

Sales Activities

  • Actively initiate and engage in sales calls, meetings, and presentations with potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.

Sales Reporting And Analysis

  • Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Provide regular updates and feedback to the management team.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably in the furniture or office solutions industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to hunt for new business opportunities and close deals.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach and a high level of initiative.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Preferred

  • Experience in the office furniture manufacturing industry.
  • Knowledge of the Dubai, Abu Dhabi market and business landscape.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
