Position: Sales Manager

Job Location: Pune(Bavdhan)

JobProfile Overview:

We are lookingfor a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customeracquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our companycompetitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizingour sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying thoseto plans to the uppermanagement.

Duties& Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve growth and hit sales targets bysuccessfully managing the sales team.
  2. Designand implement a strategic business plan that expands company scustomer base and ensure it s strong presence.
  3. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships bypartnering with them and understanding theirneeds.
  4. Attending networking activities toresearch and connect with prospective clients.
  5. Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients toensure that they are retained.
  6. Suggestingupgrades or added services that may be of interest toclients.
  7. Reviewing clients' feedback andimplementing necessary changes.
  8. Identifyemerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of newproducts and competition status

Education and/or Work ExperienceRequirements:

  1. Degreein marketing, business administration, orsimilar.
  2. Extensive B2B salesexperience.
  3. Intuitive and insightful,particularly regarding human behavior.
  4. Jobtitle: Business Development Executive
  5. Greatnetworking skills.
  6. Excellent written andverbal communication.
  7. Resourceful, withoutstanding research skills.
  8. Emboldened bychallenges.
