  families seeking childcare and related services in the UAE.

  Relationship Management:
  Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and key decision -makers
  through effective communication and tailored interactions.
• Sales &
  Marketing Collaboration:
  Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales materials, promotional
  campaigns, and outreach initiatives that effectively showcase our services.
• Negotiation
  & Closing:
  Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, ensuring alignment with their
  expectations and childcare needs.
• Customer Service
  Excellence:
  Provide exceptional service by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns,
  and maintaining regular follow -ups with clients.
• Market &
  Industry Awareness:
  Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market
  developments to identify growth opportunities.
• Target
  Achievement:
  Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance goals within agreed
  timelines.
• Reporting &
  Documentation:
  Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, pipeline progress, and
  achievements for management review.

Requirements

• Must be an Emirati (UAE National) with a valid
  Family Book
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
  with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
  
• Strong sales mindset with a results -driven and
  self -motivated attitude
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM
  systems
  
• Strong communication and customer -care skills
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  in a fast -paced environment
