Job Description:

We're seeking a Sales Intern to join our team and potentially transition into a full-time role. As a Sales Intern, you'll be instrumental in driving revenue growth by engaging with potential customers and assisting our sales team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential customers through various channels like phone, email, chat, or social media to promote our products/services.
  • Listen attentively to customer inquiries, objections, and feedback.
  • Identify and address customer concerns or objections in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Propose solutions and take ownership of issues to ensure a positive outcome.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products/services to provide accurate information and effectively address customer needs.
  • Stay updated on changes or updates in products/services and convey this information to customers.
  • Assist customers with the sales process, including order placement, tracking, and handling returns or exchanges.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding their expectations during the sales process.
  • Solicit feedback from customers and use it to enhance our sales approach.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
  • Document common sales objections and effective rebuttals for future reference.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with customer needs and improve the overall sales experience.
  • Manage time effectively to handle multiple sales inquiries simultaneously without compromising quality.
  • Resolve conflicts professionally to maintain positive relationships with potential customers.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales or related fields is a plus.
  • Current enrollment in a bachelor's program, preferably in a related field, is desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment.

Requirements:

  • Driver's license (Own transportation)
  • Valid and unrestricted visa
  • Willingness to work on-site at our office when needed.
