Job Description - Sales Manager

  • Minimum 3–4 years of proven sales leadership experience in the Dubai real estate market.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.
  • Strong experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, and direct clients.
  • Entrepreneurial, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to develop innovative sales strategies and drive business growth.
