Job Description - Sales Manager

Minimum 3–4 years of proven sales leadership experience in the Dubai real estate market.
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.
Strong experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing sales teams.
Excellent leadership, coaching, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, and direct clients.
Entrepreneurial, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
Ability to develop innovative sales strategies and drive business growth.
