Job Summary: The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets within the UAE market. This role requires a dynamic and results-oriented sales professional with a proven track record in the technology or energy sector. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy, managing a team of sales executives, and building strong relationships with customers and partners. The role is critical to CATEC's success in capturing market share and expanding its customer base in each local market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a local sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
Lead and manage a team of sales executives, providing coaching, training, and performance management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in the UAE market.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate and close sales contracts.
Utilize Zoho CRM to manage the sales pipeline, track customer interactions, and generate reports.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement local marketing campaigns.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a management role.
Experience in the technology, energy, or automotive sectors is highly desirable.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in the use of CRM software (e.g., Zoho CRM) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Proficient in the use of AI tools (e.g., ChatCPT, Manus,..).
Deep understanding of the local market and business culture.
