With established offices across London, Dubai, and major Asian cities, the business operates on a relationship-led model, servicing high-net-worth and international investors seeking prime property opportunities in key global markets.
Their Dubai office is expanding, and they are now seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and drive performance within their Secondary Market (ready property) division.
Role Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue across the secondary sales portfolio, managing broker relationships, converting high-value client leads, and supporting the wider sales team to achieve aggressive growth targets.
This role requires a commercially sharp, well-networked, and target-driven professional with strong exposure to the Dubai residential resale market.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and convert high-net-worth buyers and investors within the Dubai secondary market.
- Drive direct sales and support team performance to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords, property owners, and developers to secure quality resale stock.
- Manage and expand a network of brokers and channel partners locally and internationally.
- Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and close high-value transactions efficiently.
- Maintain accurate CRM reporting (Salesforce or similar) and ensure disciplined pipeline management.
- Analyse market trends, pricing movements, and competitor activity to advise clients strategically.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processing and documentation compliance.
- Represent the company at networking events, client meetings, and international exhibitions where required.
Experience Required
- 2–4+ years of proven experience as a sales manager in Dubai (secondary/resale market preferred).Demonstrable track record of closing high-value residential transactions.
- Strong understanding of Dubai freehold communities and pricing trends.
- Experience managing or mentoring junior brokers is advantageous.

- Organised with strong CRM discipline and reporting capability.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, or French are highly advantageous.
