Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Sales Manager to accelerate new business growth across the UAE by positioning our portfolio of consulting, customer experience, technology, digital transformation and managed services solutions.
The successful candidate will identify and develop new opportunities, establish senior client relationships, build a strong sales pipeline and convert opportunities into sustainable revenue growth.
Previous exposure to Field Service or Field Workforce solutions and operations would be an advantage, whether gained through sales, business development, account management, consulting or operational roles. Arabic language capability would also be a strong advantage, particularly given the role’s focus on developing relationships across the UAE market.

Business Development & Sales

·       Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE.

·       Build and maintain a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities.

·       Develop new customer relationships while identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts.

·       Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through solution development, proposal, commercial negotiation and contract signature.

·       Achieve agreed bookings, revenue and profitability targets.

·       Develop account and pursuit strategies for priority clients and sectors.

Solution Selling

Position and sell a broad portfolio of solutions, including:

·       Business and technology consulting

·       Customer Experience (CX) transformation

·       CRM solutions

·       CCaaS and Contact Centre technology platforms

·       AI, automation and analytics

·       Digital transformation

·       Managed services

·       Customer service and contact centre operations

·       Business process services

·       Field Service and Field Workforce solutions

·       Understand client business challenges and translate them into relevant consulting, technology and managed service propositions.

·       Bring together the appropriate solution, consulting, technology, operational and commercial capabilities to develop compelling propositions.

Client & Stakeholder Management

·       Build trusted relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders, including C-level executives.

·       Engage decision-makers across business, operations, technology, digital transformation, procurement and customer experience functions.

·       Develop a strong understanding of client priorities and identify opportunities for cross-selling and expansion.

Proposals & Commercial Management

·       Lead and coordinate responses to RFPs, RFIs and other client opportunities.

·       Work with solution architects, consultants, technology specialists, operations and commercial teams to develop competitive solutions.

·       Lead or support client presentations, workshops, commercial negotiations and contracting.
