• Responding to all enquiries in atimely manner and yielding the diary effectively for all mediumsevent enquiries.

• Responsible foroverseeing event planning and preparations intended for marketingand sales purposes.

• Candidate shouldhandle the contracts with suppliers and third-party vendors forequipment and materials to be used during theevent.

• Handle all of the customerservice functions including answering phone calls and e-mailspromptly accurately and timely order entries, creating and runningreports, and following orders.

•Communicate daily with all salesrepresentatives.

• Need to be able tohandle strong personalities and difficult customers withprofessionalism.
