Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and driving the sales team to meet and exceed targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a strategic mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Conduct regular team meetings to provide updates, share best practices, and address challenges.
- Foster a positive and high-performance sales culture.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
- Set clear sales goals and performance metrics for the sales team.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales in Business Setup.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
