Sales Manager - Corporate

• Maintain accounts, contacts,activities, and business details within the appropriate softwareapplications.
• Work closely with otherdepartments to ensure all details of the contract were deliveredand Guests depart satisfied.
• Prepare weekly,monthly, quarterly and annual reports, asrequired.
• Balance operational, administrativeand Colleague needs.
• Follow departmentalpolicies and procedures.
• Follow all safetypolicies.
• Solicit group, transient, and/orbanquet business, and reach the consistent achievement of salesobjectives
• Establish parameters, quotes andnegotiate prices, and sealcontracts
• Participate in tradeshows,conventions, and promotional events
• Maintainaccounts, contact, activity, and businessdetails
• Other duties asassigned.
• Consistently offer professional,friendly and engaging service.
• Ensure promptand courteous service is extended to both internal and externalcustomers.
• Ensure the achievement of salesobjectives on a monthly, quarterly and yearlybasis.
• Solicit corporate business throughaction plan preparation andexecution.
• Establish parameters, quotes, andnegotiate prices, confirming by writtencontracts.
• Participate in tradeshows,conventions and promotional events within the hotel and traderelated organizations asneeded.

Qualifications

• Relevantsales experience is an asset for 3 to 5years.
• Ability to focus attention on guestneeds, remaining calm and courteous at alltimes.
• Highly responsible &reliable.
• Excellent communication skills, bothwritten and verbal required.
• Stronginterpersonal and problemproblem-solving.
