Sales Manager Female Arabic Only (medical aesthetic background/Sales experience)

We are looking for a sales manager with aesthetic background (mandatory) with more than 5 years experience in the UAE market,

Job Description:

• Develop an annual strategic execution plan in collaboration with stakeholders, incorporating market trends and competitor threats to maintain leadership.
• Track monthly sales performance, provide updated forecasts, and review team member's results against objectives.
• Collaborate with the Head of Sales to plan key opinion leader engagements and leverage their influence for business growth.
• Review sales territories for optimal reach and frequency, ensuring maximum coverage and market penetration.
• Conduct field visits, assess performance and provide coaching to Product Specialists to drive growth and action plans.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with key customers and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards..
• Handle people management activities, including recruitment and performance reviews.
• Maintain in-depth understanding of the product portfolio and competitors, staying updated on market dynamics.
• Communicate the value differences to customers in terms of efficacy, safety, price, and market strategy.
• Stay updated on domestic and international clinical studies leveraging the findings to support sales efforts and educate customers.

The Successful Applicant:

• Degree in science, healthcare, business, or marketing.
• Arabic language is mandatory
• English Requeird
• 2-5years of sales and marketing experience in the healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of the selling cycle especially in ecstatic market
• Practical knowledge of financial reports, budgets, and sales forecasts.
