Aggressively target the solicitation ofbusiness from key market segments: Leisure & MICE toachieve annual revenue targets.
• Work withcolleagues in the market to shape and implement a sales strategyfor the GCC markets to ensure revenue growth in theportfolio
• Contributes to annual sales planwith market insights, sales strategy, sales tactics and a fulloverview of the market plan for the subsequentyear
• Facilitate cyclical sales activitiesrelevant to the region and maintain frequent contact frequency withall tour operator, OTA and DMC partners
• Planscalendar of business travel in line with market seasonality, ourplanning cycle and cyclical market events such as DCT events,client events & corporate roadshows
•Identify & contract new business partners for thecompany
• Conduct DMC & partner producttraining & educational webinars.
• Drivelead conversion and initiate new revenue streams through innovationin distribution, product development & joint marketingactivities
• Work in liaison with Yas ConciergeTeam to maximise conversion of all sales leads
•Engage in domestic and international sales missions and tradeshowsto raise awareness and consideration
• Conductreview meetings with partners to monitor market performance, jointmarketing activity performance (where applicable) and makerecommendations for change based on performance and learnings.Ensure requirement for joint marketing activity KPIs is strictlyadhered to and an end of campaign report isprovided
• Work in conjunction with colleaguesin market to communicate all relevant marketing campaigns to theregion relevant to maximise reach of our B2C activity through theB2B channels
• Effectively use the CRM systemfor daily reporting, tracking leads and other functions asrequested.
• Work with Sales Operations Team toensure contracting for GCC market is carried out annually ahead ofschedule for the following year
• Resolve orderand inventory problems by investigating data and history. Work tosolve partner challenges through liaison with Product &Packaging Team, Yas Concierge Team &IT
• Provides responsive (within 24 hour)support to GCC market colleagues and all partners as and whenrequired
• Tracks sales expenses and submitsthem in a timely fashion for reimbursement.
•Negotiates prices and discounts in consultation with GCC CountryDirector
• Accurately forecasts annual,quarterly and monthly revenue streams
• Takeinitiative in improving guest experience.
