Job Description - Sales Manager - Indoor Sales

Responsibilities:

  • SalesLeadership:
    • Developand execute sales strategies to achieve and surpass salesgoals.
    • Lead inspire and manage the sales teamto deliver outstanding customer service and achieve salesobjectives.
    • Monitor and evaluate salesperformance providing ongoing training and feedback to enhance teameffectiveness.
  • CustomerRelationshipManagement:
    • Cultivateand maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring apersonalized and memorable shoppingexperience.
    • Address customer inquiries issuesand feedback promptly andprofessionally.
    • Implement customer loyaltyinitiatives to foster longterm relationships and repeatbusiness.
  • MarketAnalysis andStrategy:
    • Conductmarket research to identify new sales opportunities and stayinformed about industry trends.
    • Analyze salesdata and market trends to make strategic businessdecisions.
    • Collaborate with the marketing teamto develop promotional campaigns and events to drive store trafficandsales.
  • ProductKnowledge andPresentation:
    • Maintaincomprehensive knowledge of the indoor furniture product range andstay updated on new product launches.
    • Ensurethe showroom is wellpresented with visually appealing displays thathighlight product features andbenefits.
    • Provide training to the sales team onproduct knowledge sales techniques and customerengagement.
  • OperationalExcellence:
    • Overseedaily store operations including inventory management orderprocessing and visual merchandising.
    • Ensurecompliance with company policies and procedures including healthand safety standards.
    • Manage budgets expensesand financial reports related to salesactivities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Marketing or a relatedfield.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience inluxury retail sales with at least 2 years in a managerialrole.
  • Proven track record of achieving andexceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadershipcommunication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strongunderstanding of the luxury market and customerpreferences.
  • Ability to analyze sales data andmarket trends to drive businessdecisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office andCRM software.
  • Fluency in English is required;knowledge of Arabic is anadvantage.
