Proactively finding opportunitiesfor business growth by securing the development of the existingportfolio, while simultaneously acquiring newaccounts.
Entertaining and conducting hotelinspections with partners.
Engaging in weeklysale activities in order to secure the continuous growth ofbusiness. (Sales Calls, Site Inspections, Entertainment, SalesBlitz).
Assisting to conduct extensivecompetitor research and maintaining excellent product knowledge ofthe Hotel.
Understanding the DMC/Tour Operatorsneeds in order to build “win-win strategicpartnerships”.
Liaising and workingclosely with the related operation departments ensuringguest’s expectations are beingmet.
Achieving personal salestargets.
Ensuring adherence to laws,regulations, and hotel policies.
Assisting theteam with any support that theyrequire.
Maintaining positive guest andcolleague interactions with good workingrelationships.
To ensure all employees maintainan updated awareness of Hotel product knowledge, current promotion,policy changes and appropriate internalcommunication.
Manage team by being a rolemodel and leader and
Monitor juniorassociates’ performance and provide constructivefeedback
Provide adequate training to juniorassociates to support their development
Focuson solution-oriented problemmanagement
Regularly run reports, managedatabase and keep financial records in line with companypolicy
