As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving sales and business growth in the Middle East region for a Thermal Paper Rolls. Your primary goal will be to identify new business opportunities develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and achieve sales targets. This role requires extensive knowledge of the Thermal Paper products as well as the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the Middle East region aligning it with the companys overall business objectives and targets.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to potential clients attending industry events and conducting market research.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and providing them with exceptional customer service.
4. Stay updated on market trends competitor activities and customer preferences to identify opportunities for product development and market expansion.
5. Work closely with crossfunctional teams including production logistics and marketing to ensure seamless execution of sales orders and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
1. Diploma or above in sales marketing business management or relevant discipline
2. A minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience in sales preferably in the Thermal Paper product industry.
3. Must possess strong understanding of the book printing and paper product industry including knowledge of production processes and Middle Eastern market trends
4. Must be fluent in English. Able to speak English Hindi and Malayalam.
5. Willingness to travel within the Middle East region trade shows and other business activities.
