Job Description - Sales Manager (Used Car Industry)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the used car industry. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations, developing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in automotive sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a track record of success in driving sales performance. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our used car dealership.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and motivation to achieve sales targets and objectives.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to achieve sales goals.

- Set individual and team sales targets and ensure they are met or exceeded on a regular basis.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and corporate clients to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute sales and promotional campaigns to attract potential buyers.

- Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

- Oversee the negotiation and closing of sales deals to ensure favorable terms and customer satisfaction.

- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the senior management team.

- Ensure the sales team follows company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role in the used car industry.

- Strong knowledge of the automotive market, particularly in the used car segment.

- Exceptional sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

- Valid UAE driving license is required.
