Responsibilities:
- Source newbusiness opportunities and create leads for parking equipmentancillary productsservices and projects by researching industry andrelated events publications and announcements; tracking newconstructions facilitiesetc.
- Executingsales of the company products and services and securing newcontracts for theorganization.
- Buildrelationships and list company products with prominent ContractorsConsultantsDevelopers andclients.
- Prepareseek approvals and submit proposals to clients for services& products provided bythe
company
- Followup on sales leads to ensure that we are the preferred vendor andclose salesdeals.
- Protectsorganizations values and business interests by keeping informationconfidential.
- AccountManagement by maintaining client relationships and renewingexistingcontracts.
- Researchfor new products and services explore new business opportunitiesand potentialmarket.
- Updateand maintain client contacts and contractrecords.
- Prepare/ Update company s marketing & sales materials (companyprofile brochures sales pptetc)
- Preparequotes and proposal for submission to clients againstenquiries.
- Performother duties as assigned orrequested
Qualification&Experience:
EngineeringGraduate from a recognizeduniversity.
8 years experience inSales / BusinessDevelopment.
Demonstrated abilityto communicate present and influence credibly and effectively atall levels
of theorganization
Proven ability todrive the sales process from plan toclose
Excellent communicationinterpersonal and organizationalskills.
Excellent written andverbal communicationskills.
