We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager for our Group & Leisure division in Novotel Dubai AL Barsha, United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and cultivating strong relationships with group and leisure travel clients. The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision with hands-on sales expertise to expand our market presence in the region and exceed organizational targets.

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to acquire and retain group and leisure travel clients, ensuring revenue targets are consistently met or exceeded
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve individual and collective performance goals through coaching, training, and performance management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, travel agencies, corporate clients, and leisure travel operators to drive repeat business and referrals
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and market expansion
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with group clients while ensuring profitability and alignment with organizational objectives
• Monitor and analyze sales metrics, conversion rates, and revenue performance to inform strategic decision-making and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure seamless delivery of group and leisure packages and client satisfaction
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and business reviews to senior management on a regular basis
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and customer experience
• Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads

• Minimum 5 years of sales management experience, with at least 3 years focused on group sales, leisure travel, or hospitality sector
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams
• Excellent negotiation and client relationship management abilities
• Proficiency in CRM software, booking systems, and revenue management tools
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
• Comprehensive knowledge of the group and leisure travel market, including pricing strategies and market dynamics
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strategic thinking with a customer-focused approach to business development
• Familiarity with the UAE and Middle Eastern travel market is highly desirable
