Ourschool is looking for an empathic, enthusiastic and resilientperson to take the role of HR business partner and Trainingframework lead. This is a maternity leave replacement contract tostart as soon as possible and until September 29, 2023.
Inclose collaboration with the school s leaders you will (this is notan exhaustive list ofresponsibilities)
Recruitteachers as well as non-academicstaff
Follow-upthe training policy execution which include the usage of our newonlineplatform
Ensurethe implementation of the annual review process inclusive thesalary increase and bonus pay-outrecommendations.
Youwill be a focal point of contact for a population of around 200staff and managers.
