Job Description - Sales Marketing Executive -Fleet Management Company

Job Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales and MarketingExecutive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsiblefor developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies todrive revenue growth and increase market share within the fleetmanagementindustry.

Responsibilities:

  1. SalesStrategy Development: Develop and execute strategic salesplans to achieve company targets and expand customer base. Identifynew business opportunities and partnerships within the fleetmanagementsector.

  2. ClientRelationship Management: Build and maintain strongrelationships with new and existing clients. Conduct regularmeetings and presentations to understand client needs addressconcerns and propose customizedsolutions.

  3. MarketResearch and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trendsmarket dynamics and competitor activities. Conduct market researchto identify potential market segments customer preferences andemergingopportunities.

  4. LeadGeneration and Conversion: Drive lead generationinitiatives through various channels including cold callingnetworking events digital marketing and referrals. Convert leadsinto sales opportunities by showcasing the value proposition of ourfleet managementsolutions.

  5. MarketingCollateral Development: Collaborate with the marketingteam to develop compelling sales collateral presentations casestudies and product documentation. Ensure that marketing materialseffectively communicate the benefits and features of ourservices.

  6. SalesPipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline from leadgeneration to closure. Track sales activities update CRM systemsand generate regular reports on sales performance forecasts and keymetrics.

  7. SalesTeam Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team tocoordinate sales efforts share best practices and provide supportas needed. Collaborate with internal departments includingoperations and customer support to ensure seamless service deliveryand customersatisfaction.

  8. AttendIndustry Events: Represent the company at industryconferences trade shows and networking events. Engage withpotential clients industry influencers and key stakeholders topromote our brand and foster businessrelationships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Marketing or relatedfield.
  • Proven track record ofsuccess in sales and marketing roles preferably within the fleetmanagement or automotiveindustry.
  • Strong understanding offleet management technologies trends and bestpractices.
  • Excellent communicationnegotiation and presentationskills.
  • Ability to workindependently and as part of a collaborative teamenvironment.
  • Proficiency in CRMsoftware Microsoft Office Suite and digital marketingtools.
  • Willingness to travel asneeded.
