Purpose of Position
Sales Operations Manager is responsible for maximizing efficiency in the organization’s sales process. As Operating Group, our large organization face more complex sales operations, so the Sales Operations Manager can facilitate the organization’s goals by supporting the sales team. By developing and implementing more efficient processes, such as automation or CRM tools (Sales Force), the Sales Operations Manager helps sales teams succeed in their roles and goals. He / She mays also research and analyse sales data and collaborate with other departments and upper management to identify and strategize organizational goals.
Education
- Master of Science or master’s in business affairs
- Courses and majors or minors in subjects such as management, finance, statistics and marketing may be an asset.
Experience
- 8 to 12 years ‘experience in Sales (Services sector preferably) of which at least 5 years shall be in the Sales operation management or consultancy.
- Experience in tailoring and implementing Sales performance management practices for a large organization preferably at the corporate level.
Major Responsibilities
- Lead and animate the CRM Sales Force in the CIF MCA Region
- Ensure the quality of the data and define the right recording practices.
- Train the Sales leaders and Sales officers to enhance the reliability of the Sales data.
Design and maintain the Sales KPI’s and the Sales Management Systems
- Follow-up and report all Sales KPI’s to the MCA management team.
- Identification of Sales variation and Sales opportunities (pipeline) at regional level and provide adequate information and actions to follow up the Sales targets.
- Support MCA Sales team to set the Sales Objectives
- Lead and coordinate with the Regional Sales management for scheduling the Sales training, and to provide Sales Coaching.
- Define and maintain the sales capabilities referential to asses the new joiners or the internal promotion in Sales positions.
- Build the sales training program for the region.
Maintain and improve Customers satisfaction survey / experience.
- Implement, develop, and maintain the best Practices of customer’s relationship and the customer satisfaction Policy.
- Advise the group/division/OG senior management team for compliance to respective fair customer practices. Can be allowed to do some audit in the regional entities.
- Procure all advise to sales team about customer satisfaction, manage the customer’s complaints and report it in our quality system.
- Set the action plan to improve Customer satisfaction in the region.
- Complete analysis (complaints, incidents/accident) and propose corrective actions with management.
