We seek a Sales Operations Director to optimize and lead our sales processes. You'll develop sales scripts, conduct training sessions, analyze data for accurate forecasts, and collaborate with Business Intelligence on strategies. Your role includes recruiting and training top sales talent, performing ABC analysis of our customer base, reallocating sales managers for optimal performance, and overseeing quality control. Additionally, you'll manage our CRM system to ensure effective customer relationship tracking and drive sales growth.
Job responsibilities but not limited to: 1. *Development and Implementation of Sales Processes:*
- Creating and optimizing sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implementing these processes across the sales team to ensure consistency and high performance. 2. *Writing Sales Scripts and Training:*
- Developing comprehensive sales scripts to guide sales representatives.
- Conducting sales training sessions to ensure the team is well-prepared and knowledgeable.
- Providing ongoing training and support for the call center, including monitoring and quality control. 3. *Research and Data Analysis:*
- Analyzing data to create accurate sales forecasts.
- Collaborating with data team to prepare sales targets and strategies based on data insights. 4. *Recruitment, Hiring, and Training of Sales Staff:*
- Identifying and attracting top sales talent.
- Overseeing the hiring process to build a strong sales team.
- Training new hires to ensure they are well-versed in sales techniques and company processes. 5. *ABC Analysis of Customer Base:*
- Conducting ABC analysis to categorize customers based on their value and behavior.
- Utilizing this analysis to prioritize and allocate resources effectively. 6. *Redistribution of Managers and Quality Control:*
- Reassigning sales managers as needed to optimize performance and coverage.
- Monitoring and controlling the quality of work to ensure high standards are maintained. 7. *CRM Implementation and Management:*
- Introducing and managing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Ensuring the CRM is effectively used by the sales team to track interactions, manage relationships, and drive sales growth. Job Qualifications:
