Job Description - Sales Operations Manager

Hybrid/RemotePosition

You represent a blendof strategic thinking and operational execution, with attention todetail, have an interest in being a knowledge resource, follow andenforce best practice, and are comfortable with complexanalysis.

Our sales team is growing rapidlyand you will be a sales business unit’s go-to resourcefor everything operational. You will partner closely with seniorsales leadership and play a key role in building the systems tosupport an exponentially growing sales team. The person who wouldbest fit this role is highly collaborative, organized, and canthrive in a fast-paced environment. This person will report to theDirector of Sales Strategy andPlanning.

How You Will Make aDifference

  • Partner closely with seniorleadership to identify, develop and drive impactful projects thataccelerate sales growth and improve sales processes and operationsas well as marketing effectiveness on a globalscale
  • Analyze historical data to provide salesinsights regarding performance, seasonality, high level trends,etc
  • Support weekly and monthly reporting andforecasting for the sales organization, identifying significantchanges and trends that will materially impact thecompany’s growth trajectory
  • Act as aresource to ensure sales reporting and analytics are aligned to thebroader organization
  • Play an integral rolewithin our sales operations team to enforce Salesforce bestpractices within the sales team
  • Identifysystems and process learning opportunities for the sales team andpartner with enablement to create documentation and trainingsessions to address these gaps
  • Completeoperational projects to assist the sales team in meeting theirrevenue goals (e.g. identifying target accounts, managing salesterritories)

Who YouAre

  • 7+years experience in Sales Operations and/or an analyticsrole
  • Proficient in Salesforce and Excel.Tableau or other BI tool experiencepreferred
  • Proven analytical and quantitativeskills with a data-driven approach toproblem-solving
  • Excited, motivated, andinspired by exceeding goals
  • Experience workingin high-growth, performance-focusedenvironments
  • Are focused on the details, are aself-starter, and are relentless butprofessional
  • BA/BSDegree
