Job Scope:
The Sales Operations Officer is accountable for the order process management including the placement and tracking of orders, management of shipments and processing of customer accounts.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders in compliance with the company's policies and procedures;
- Receive, review, acknowledge and place customer sales orders accurately and promptly on the ERP system;
- Fulfill orders once released from credit;
- Update customers and internal stakeholders on order backlogs and information;
- Work with logistics, sales and credit teams to ensure order fulfilment in a timely manner;
- Handle customer complaints in a timely manner;
- Provide MIS reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Advertising
- Preferred with 1-2 years of experience. Fresh Graduates can also considered
- Adobe experience is preferred
- English communication skills verbal and written
- UAE National Family book is a must
