Sales Promoter

Job Summary

The Sales Promoter represents the brand by providing customer-focused service, promoting product awareness, and achieving sales targets through direct customer engagement and relationship building. The role focuses on driving sales growth, increasing brand visibility, and maintaining strong customer relationships across key product lines.

Responsibilities

• Market the brand to customers to promote products
  
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of brand and product offerings, including competitor products
  
• Explain the uses and benefits of products to customers
  
• Assess customer needs, provide assistance, and recommend or sell products
  
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, including for newly launched products
  
• Build and maintain a loyal customer base through consistent engagement
  
• Monitor in-store stock levels and ageing, reporting shortages to the Key Accounts Manager to ensure replenishment and follow FIFO procedures
  
• Provide updates on product pricing to the Line Manager
  
• Share daily store sales updates on the internal group social platform
  
• Ensure the assigned area or podiums are clean, presentable, and compliant with brand and company policies
  
• Safeguard store merchandise to prevent shoplifting, damage, or pilferage
  
• Collect and provide customer feedback to the Line Manager for sales improvement
  
• Maintain a high standard of personal grooming at all times

• Strong understanding of product knowledge and brand values
  
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to work independently and adapt to management changes
