In this role, you will focus on guiding clients through the purchasing process of off-plan properties, utilizing your expertise to unlock opportunities within Dubai's rapidly evolving real estate market.

Responsibilities

• Specialize in promoting off-plan projects, effectively communicating their value propositions to potential buyers.
• Conduct comprehensive market analysis to provide clients with invaluable insights on upcoming developments and investment opportunities.
• Arrange and execute property viewings and presentations that highlight the benefits of off-plan properties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, clients, and other industry professionals to facilitate sales.
• Guide clients through the entire buying process, from initial inquiry to signing contracts and completion.
• Negotiate deals that align with clients' needs while achieving the agency’s sales targets.
• Utilize marketing strategies to effectively generate leads and promote off-plan properties across various platforms.
• Stay informed about market trends, project launches, and changes in regulations that impact off-plan sales.

• 5+ years of experience in real estate sales.
• Extensive knowledge of the UAE's real estate market and trends, especially off-plan developments.
• Exceptional communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the real estate sector.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade clients.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and real estate software.
• Valid UAE driving license is advantage..
