Weplan on hiring a professional and skilled Field SalesRepresentative to join the Sales Team of our company on animmediate basis for our UV Flexo inks to market. You will beresponsible to develop robust sales strategies to attract potentialcustomers and retain existing ones.

As asuccessful sales representative you will be sourcing new salesopportunities and close deals to achieve your sales targets. Youwill be playing a vital role in increasing the revenues by managingand negotiating with clients qualifying prospects generating leadsand managing the sales of products/services.

Responsibilities

• PromotingUV Flexo inks & coatings
• Forecastsales generate out of the box sale methodologies and evaluate theireffectiveness
• Attract new clients by devisingnew strategies and sales processes
• Evaluateclients needs skills and build a productive long lastingrelationship
• Meet individual and your teamssales targets
• Collaborate with other salesreps to discuss on best sales techniques
• Research particular accounts and follow or generate via salesleads
• Attend sales events meetings andtraining sessions to keep yourself abreast of the latestdevelopments
• Provide feedback to seniormanagement with the help of statistics
• Expandand maintain client database within the particularterritory
• Generate daily as well as monthlysalesreports

Requirements

• BS/BA degree in Sales and Marketing or relevantfield
• Market knowledge of UAE for UV Flexoinks
• Proven sales experience UAE for flexiblepackaging market and materials
• Exceptionalcustomer service skills
• Track record ofachieving alloted sales quota
• Handsonexperience with CRM and other software
• Knowhowof different sales methodologies and pipelinemanagement
• Proficient in MS OfficeTools
• Excellent communicationskills
• Outstanding negotiation andinterpersonal skills
• Selfmotivated andresultorientedindividual
