What the role lookslike:
- Achieve yourrevenue-based quota by renewingproducts/services;
- May have to offer upsellopportunities when applicable;
- Work within thededicated territory for clients;
- Provideaccurate weekly/ monthly/ quarterly salesforecast;
- Product knowledge and understandingof services to effectively assess client needs andrequirements;
- Guide customers throughonboarding after product purchase and promote strategic adoption ofproduct(s) enhancing the customer experience, establishing optimalusage behaviors and accelerating the customer's time tovalue;
- Manage customer contacts through phoneand email each day – majority of communication isoutbound;
- Maintain the customer managementsystem (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured in a timelymanner;
- The working hours for this role are M/Ffrom 09:00AM – 18:00PM;
- Work from thecomfort of your home (remoteposition).
YourProfile:
- Fluent inEnglish;
- Experienceworking in a customer service or sales environment will beconsidered as an advantage;
- Prior success inachievement of individual and/or team salesquota/goals;
- Ability to effectively communicatewith customers in a fast-paced environment while developingpositive customer relationships;
- Aptitude andsuccess to learn and optimize new technology anddata;
- Excellent communication skills (verbal,written);
- Ability to manage multiple prioritieseffectively, with proven success.
