As a Sales Senior Manager - Drilling & Completion Fluids, you will be responsible for: 

• Selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects
• Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used.
• Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally.
• Handling important clients for a product line.
• Handling big or challenging markets or multi country

To be successful in this role you will: 

• Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Petroleum, Geology, etc)

• Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in drilling & completion fluids and technical sales

• Have demonstrated experience coordinating teams, stakeholders, and priorities to achieve business and operational objectives
• Have the ability to be on call outside of normal business hours
• Have the ability to work in a global matrix organization
• Have thorough understanding of P/L and technical job planning requirements
• Have excellent communication and presentation skills
