WE ARE ON THE LOOK OUT FOR a SALES LEAD CREATIVE aka SALESEXECUTIVE to join our incredible Sales Team

TASKS:

· Workscollaboratively with off-property sales channels to ensure sales efforts arecoordinated, complementary and not duplicative.

· Builds andstrengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable futurebookings.

· Developsrelationships within community to strengthen and expand customer base for salesopportunities.

· Participatesin sales calls with members of sales team to acquire new business and/or closeon business.

· Executesand supports the operational aspects of business booked (, generatingproposal, writing contract, customer correspondence).

· Identifiesnew business to achieve personal and location revenue goals.

· Understandsthe overall market - competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, economic trends,supply and demand etc. and knows how to sell against them.

· Closes thebest opportunities for the location based on market conditions and locationneeds.

· Gainsunderstanding of the location’s primary target customer and serviceexpectations; serves the customer by understanding their business, businessissues and concerns, to offer better business solution.

· Ensure thesmooth running of the sales department, where all aspects of the hotel’spro-active sales initiatives are delivered and total revenue maximized,ensuring both property and company standards are attained and adhered to.

We don’t need experience but we do need personality. You should be innovative,creative, demonstrate a positive mind-set and love a challenge. Be genuine,yourself, we love that and won’t change that, promise!
