Job Description - Sales Supervisor

Sales Supervisor- Estée Lauder Companies Middle East.

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and driven Sales Supervisor with luxury retail experience to join our team.

As our eyes and ears in the market, you will be responsible for managing the performance of our stores and our BAs.

About The Role (Key Responsibilities)

You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering the retail sales targets in a specific district (channel or geographically defined) by managing and developing BAs and Consultants, ensuring operational excellence in store (stock, VM, testers, planogram)

  • Managing the Beauty Advisors store allocations, target, performance, schedules.

  • Working closely with Commercial team in cascading the marketing calendar/ targets to the BAs to secure premium execution of our brands strategies instore.

  • Building strong relationships with retailers – in particular retailers’ district managers and store managers to secure orders from retailers.

  • Managing the multi branded retail organization.

  • Coaching the team for optimal performance: heroes, newness, key activations.


  • Qualifications

    About You

    You will be/ have:

    ·4 + years of relevant sales or retail operations experience, preferably in the cosmetics/luxury business (in a similar or related industry);

    ·Good communication skills;

    ·Good planning and organizational skills.The ability to anticipate problems and think ahead;

    ·Knowledgeable about the company and its culture;

    ·Strong proactive approach, solution orientated;

    ·Broad knowledge of the sales and education function of the brands.

    ·Good visual merchandising skills;

    ·Good industry knowledge and network of relationships in the industry – with customers, distributors, retailers, suppliers and other business partners.

    ·Strong managerial skills with ability to coach and train.
