Answering customer inquiries,scheduling meetings, and sales appointments, and following up withcustomers about their order status.
Compiling adaily list of sales leads, delegating leads to the salesdepartment, and providing sales data and guides to the salesdepartment.
Developing and monitoringperformance indicators for sales and staff members, managing salestracking tools, and compilingreports.
Recording sales trends and liaisingwith account managers to develop salesstrategies.
Creating and processing orders in atimely manner, processing requests for rush orders, and reviewingpending orders and customer requests to ensure customersatisfaction.
Managing customer accounts,following up with customers for administrative purposes, andproviding troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses,and other problems.
Performing data entry tasksfor sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information andmaintaining an organized and accessible filingsystem.
