As the SalesTrainer, you will be tasked with assembling, scaling, and managinga best-in-class Sales Training program for our Customer Acquisitionand Customer Success departments. You will set the vision andstrategy to develop, deliver, and own programs, processes and toolsthat result in a more successful and productive sales organization.You will provide a wide range of onboarding and training options,tools, and resources to educate the sales team. Your focus will bethe development, launch, and ownership of ongoing management ofsales training, methodologies, playbooks, and onboarding to driveresults as wescale.
Responsibilities
Responsiblefor refining and developing sales training program and process forCustomer Acquisition and Customer Success departments
- In addition to refining anddeveloping the training program, the Sales Trainer will beresponsible for planning, organizing, leading, and delivering thetraining to all levels of the sales department as well as newhires
- Partner with Sales leaders to build andexecute an innovative sales training programs (includingonboarding, ongoing skill training, and role-specifictraining)
- Responsible for delivering salestraining; new hire onboarding, selling skills, account planning,acceleration training, and entry-level technicaltraining
- Baseline and assess seller skills,knowledge, process, and tools required to increase salesproductivity at each stage of the buyingprocess
- Align development areas torole-specific learning paths
- Help develop anddeliver seller and frontline manager training programs to ensurethey have the skills, knowledge, processes, and tools required tolead their sales teams effectively
Qualifications
Bachelor’sdegree or equivalent experience
- 5+ Years of Sales Trainingexperience
- Experience training remote salesdepartments focused on both new business and accountmanagement
- Experience training salesrepresentatives with wide range of experience (junior levelrepresentatives to sales management)
- Previousexperience working within technology and SaaS spacepreferred
- Familiar with creating trainingmaterial and content
- Strong verbal and writtencommunication skills
- Strong formal presentationand listening skills
- Excellent planning,organization, prioritization, and time managementskills
