What will you need: 

• 4+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience 
• 4+ full life cycle Salesforce implementations 
• Salesforce Administrator, Advance Administration, Platform app builder, PD1 certifications 
• We are looking for hands-on experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, Commerce cloud and field service cloud.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Partner & Customer Communities(Experience Cloud) 
• Experience in creating Flows, Approval Processes, and User Security settings 
• Hands on experience configuring Salesforce, including flows, approval processes, and validation rules.
• Hands on experience in data cleansing and using Salesforce Data Loader 
• Experience documenting user stories and creating to-be process flow diagrams 
• Proven ability leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast paced environment 
• Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly ramp up on new clients, their business needs, and technologies 
• End-to-End testing, creating test plans and test scripts, and leading UAT sessions 
• Presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks within a collaborative team environment 
• Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done 
• Drive and desire to learn and grow both technical and functional skill sets 
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio 
• Willingness to relocate in Dubai

What we consider a plus: 

• Marketing cloud, Data cloud, AI Associate certifications.
• Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, RUP, other) 
• Experience presenting to clients or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical 
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or other technology-related field or equivalent number of years of experience.
